Prenatal yoga classes can benefit moms during any trimester. No previous yoga experience required. Prenatal yoga is beneficial to help moms stay in shape, prepare for labor, and practice breathing techniques for birthing and beyond. See below for more details.

Classes will be recorded so if you can't make all 6, you will be sent the recorded class/es you miss. I understand life happens!
Props you will need: 2 Blocks, a blanket, a mat, and a bolster or firm pillow.
Classes will be via Zoom so you can practice from the comfort of your home. After you have paid, I will send you the Zoom link each week by the Friday before class.
