Prenatal yoga classes can benefit moms during any trimester. No previous yoga experience required. Prenatal yoga is beneficial to help moms stay in shape, prepare for labor, and practice breathing techniques for birthing and beyond. See below for more details.

Class Information

 If you pay for a class and miss it, I will send you the recording of it. I understand life happens!

Props you will need: 2 Blocks, a blanket, a mat, and a bolster or firm pillow.
